New Horizons for Sisters in Shelter

It is with great honor that Sisters in Shelter announces our new direction as a non-profit organization, and it is only fitting we have recently held a logo competition with Heidelberg University to have a fresh new look as we move forward! Grace Fillinger of Heidelberg University submitted the meaningful and empowering logo that Sisters in Shelter is proud to utilize.

Sisters in Shelter is known for our work in the community by providing services to adult female survivors of human trafficking and educating the community about this severe social issue.

Moving forward, we are expanding our services by offering our assistance and support to adult female survivors of both human trafficking and domestic violence.

As an organization we recognize the prevalence of domestic violence in Seneca County, Ohio and the surrounding community and we are passionate about offering our services to those individuals who could benefit from the hope, support, and assistance Sisters in Shelter provides. We want to spread the message to individuals who have or are actively experiencing domestic violence that they are not alone and our first priorities are their safety, independence, and health.

To stay up to date with our newsletters, blog posts, and general announcements please sign up via your email at this website. We have also increased the ease of donating to our mission through a donate button on the home page and also have a GoFundMe page. We appreciate any assistance with increasing awareness of our organization and services in the community, so please feel free to share our information on social media and with your family/friends. It is with the support from our community that we are able to provide such services and we appreciate you greatly!

Help us spread the word!

If you or someone you know is currently involved in or trying to get out of human trafficking or domestic violence situations in Seneca County Ohio and surrounding areas, please reach out to our Executive Director through email or our office number.

Please feel free to contact the Executive Director for assistance or any questions/comments/concerns.
